Pilates is an innovative system of mind-body exercise that teaches body awareness & good posture.
Yoga is a combination of breathing exercises, physical postures & exercises for the body, & meditation.
*$5.00 pp, each session paid to instructor. Bring your own Yoga Mats and water. Must RSVP.
