Pilates is an innovative system of mind-body exercise that teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement that improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion Yoga is a combination of breathing exercises, physical postures and exercises for the body, and meditation that has been practiced for thousands of years.
*$5.00 pp, each session paid to instructor. Bring your own Yoga Mats and water. Must RSVP.
